Initial Site Visit & Meeting

A JNC Premier Pitches representative will first make contact to schedule a site visit and discuss the requirements of the client. Site conditions including drainage, ground condition, access and build options will be discussed at the initial meeting.

Project Pricing

Once all information has been gathered from the initial visit. Our pricing team will review site conditions, build requirements and specification (if available) to recommend and price the most appropriate product for the clients needs.

Contract Execution

Once price, project schedule, payment schedule and build specification is agreed, a JNC Premier Pitches representative will issue a contract for signing and a start date is agreed.

Pre Project commencement meeting

Before the project begins, there will be a pre start meeting scheduled to discuss site access, JNC Premier Pitches requirement’s, contractor roles, club requirement’s and to run through the schedule in more detail to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

Project Build

JNC Premier Pitches will aim to work in the confines of the temporary fencing and hold regular meetings with the club officials, project supervisor or consulting engineer at key points in the project. This ensures all stages are completed to the client satisfaction and the next stage is not progressed to until all parties are in agreement to do so. Micro managing the project to this level ensures each vital component such as drainage, groundworks, base construction, fencing and synthetic are completed to the highest standard with the clients satisfaction being the main priority.

Final Project Sign off 

Before final payment is made on the project, JNC Premier Pitches project manager will schedule a final sign-off meeting to review the project in detail and formally hand over a certificate of completion to ensure the client is satisfied. 

After sales service

In all JNC Premier Pitches contracts, we offer a 3 month return service, where we return to the project to carry out a maintenance day where the pitch is brushed and cleaned. We discuss the clients experience with the pitch after 3 months of use.

This is to ensure the client is happy with all aspects of the project and also to increase our own market knowledge with regard problems that may arise. This results in JNC Premier Pitches being able to complete pitches to highest possible standards and provide a flawless product from the point of handover.
