JNC Premier Pitches, in collaboration with AstroTurf Europe, was proud to secure the contract for the removal and replacement of the playing surface at Pembroke Wanderers Hockey Club, Dublin. The project involved installing the AstroTurf Hockey Classic System, renowned for its superior performance and speed, making it the preferred choice for elite-level play since 1976.
This cutting-edge surface meets Hockey Ireland’s playing standards, ensuring optimal conditions for both training and competition. With a non-directional yarn structure, the system provides exceptional ball control, seamless rolling, and unmatched game speed—ideal for precise passing and high-intensity play.
System Specifications:
Situated adjacent to the club’s existing clubhouse, grass pitches, dressing rooms, and car park, the project was carefully managed to ensure all facilities remained fully operational throughout the refurbishment.
At JNC Premier Pitches, safety is our priority. With a full-time, in-house Health & Safety Manager and a dedicated Contracts Manager, Lloyd Adams, we implemented stringent site safety measures to protect club members, the public, and our staff during the installation process.
